Careers

Help us fix car buying.

We're a licensed brokerage growing fast across California, and we're always looking for motivated people to join the team. No dealership floor games, just real people helping customers get a better deal.

Why work at SMG

SMG Auto Brokers is a licensed, full-service auto broker: think of us as a realtor for cars. Customers tell us the car they want, and we find it, negotiate the price, handle the paperwork, and deliver it to their door, all for one flat fee they pay us directly. It's a business built on doing right by people, and the team is how that happens.

You work for the customer

Our customers pay us, not the dealership. The job is getting people a genuinely good deal, with no add-ons to push and no lot games to play.

Three decades of know-how

Our team has brokered cars since 1993. You'll learn negotiation, financing, and leasing from a business with 30+ years of dealer relationships behind it.

A network behind you

Relationships with 100+ dealerships and 600+ customer reviews mean you're never cold-calling for a deal or a customer's trust.

Rooted in Los Angeles

We're headquartered in Los Angeles and serve car buyers across California, so there's no shortage of people who need a better way to buy.
