These terms govern your use of smgcars.com and the services provided by SMG Auto Brokers, a licensed automotive broker operating in California. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our service

SMG acts as your broker to help you find, negotiate, finance, and take delivery of a vehicle. We represent your interests in dealings with dealerships and lenders. Final purchase or lease agreements are between you and the dealership and/or lender.

Fees

Our service fee is $249 to begin and $249 on delivery of your vehicle ($498 total), with no hidden fees. Fee terms are confirmed in writing before we begin work and are subject to the agreement you sign with us.

Service area

Due to licensing requirements, we currently provide brokerage services to customers in California only.

No guarantee of specific outcomes

We work to secure the best available price and terms, but specific vehicles, prices, savings, and financing approvals depend on market conditions, inventory, and lender decisions and are not guaranteed. Any savings figures referenced are averages, not promises.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
